Response times

We aim to respond to every message within one working day during our working hours. If your wedding date is close, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

Resending a purchased document

If you've bought a venue guide and it didn't arrive on WhatsApp, or you've since lost it, contact us with the phone number or email you used to purchase and we'll resend it.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time. Contact us with your request and we'll confirm once it's done. We may need to keep records of completed purchases for accounting and legal purposes.
